Version 10.2 updates

1. Added payment systems APIs: Merchant001, NicePay, B2BWallet.

2. Added exchange rate sources: Heleket, ByBit, WhiteBit.

3. Added transaction search by hash in the admin panel.

4. Adjustments to min/max exchange amounts in the monitoring file. The settings of both payment systems are taken.

5. Optimization of the volume of sent email logs.

6. Transfer of exchange rate change logs to files for reducing the load and filling the database.
