Version 9.4 updates

1) Added API payment systems Capitalist and AnyMoney.

2) Added rate sources: BitPay and BitMart.

3) Updated cryptocurrency API Kuna.

4) Additional affiliate program statistics have been added. Users have access to a list of referrals via its affiliate link. The administrator has access to all transitions via referral links, a list of attracted referrals and the affiliate’s income from his operations.

5) Added automatic division of reviews into languages.
