Configuration
Go to the section: Settings - Configuration and configure everything you need. Disable what is not needed.

Go to the section: Exchange - Module settings and configure everything you need. Disable what is not needed.

Payment systems
Go to the section: Exchange - Payment systems and disable those that you will not use. Enable or add those that you will use.
Then configure each of the payment systems.
Exchange types - select all available.

Rates
Go to the section: Exchange - Exchange rates and set the types of exchange for each direction and the source of receiving rates.
