Credits to the user's balance if the payment was made through offline systems. Banks, post office, cash, etc.

Withdrawal of funds from the user’s balance for contractual services

Login - enter the user login

Action - select: add or remove

Amount - enter the amount

Reason - enter the reason for depositing or withdrawing funds

Note - enter as desired

The balance can be used in the exchanger, like your own payment system
